1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Sansa Couture House website (the "Site") and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, including our policies on returns, shipping, privacy, and intellectual property. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time; continued use means you accept those changes

2. Products & Orders

• All items listed on the Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability
• Once you place an order, it is considered confirmed. No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are permitted for change of mind
• Custom or made-to-measure Kurtis are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless found defective
• Orders placed are considered confirmed. No cancellations or changes are allowed.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Prices displayed include applicable taxes but exclude shipping fees, which may be updated at checkout
• We accept secure payments via major credit/debit cards, and other supported gateways.
• Payment errors or technical issues in pricing are not binding; we may adjust or cancel orders when necessary.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship across India (and internationally where applicable). Estimated delivery times and tracking details will be provided post-purchase
• Delivery timelines depend on location and courier performance. We are not liable for courier-related delays.

5. Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds

• We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or size mismatch.
• Certain items may be marked non-returnable or non-refundable at the time of purchase, and such classification will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
• Returns are accepted for an exchange only, if an item is defective or damaged and must be reported within 24 hours of receipt with supporting evidence of the unboxing video.
• When eligible, we will send a replacement of the same design (if available). If unavailable, we will issue a credit note equal to the invoice value, valid for 30 days.
• Sale items and international orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Returns/Exchanges are NOT applicable for accessories, fancy items, and purchases with size-related concerns.

6. Disclaimer:

• Please note that slight colour variations may occur due to differences in screen resolutions and lighting conditions during photography. We strive to ensure the product images are as accurate as possible.

7. Intellectual Property

• Content on our Site (images, text, logos, designs) remains the exclusive property of Sansa Couture House / Navastra by SM. You may only use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited

8. Limitation of Liability

• Sansa Couture House shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or Site access .
• In no event shall our liability exceed the purchase price paid for the specific item.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Karnataka, India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Bengaluru courts .

10. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any substantial changes will be posted on the Site. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revisions .
