Welcome to Sansa Couture House, a brand of Navastra by SM. By accessing our website, purchasing our products, or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions together with our Shipping, Returns & Exchange, Privacy and other applicable policies.

Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Sansa Couture House website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the policies referenced on our website.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on the website.

2. Products & Orders

  • All products displayed on the website are subject to availability.
  • We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices, sizes and other information displayed on the website are accurate.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases including stock unavailability, incorrect pricing or product information, payment failure, suspected fraudulent activity or other circumstances reasonably requiring cancellation.
  • If we cancel an order after successful payment, the applicable amount will be refunded through the original or appropriate payment method, subject to payment-provider processing timelines.
  • Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation or modification will not be permitted.
  • Customers are responsible for checking the selected product, colour, size, quantity and delivery details before completing an order.
  • Customised, altered or made-to-measure garments are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except where required under applicable law or where an eligible defect or incorrect supply is established.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices include applicable taxes where stated.
  • Shipping or other applicable charges, if any, will be displayed before completion of the order.
  • We accept payments through the payment methods and authorised payment gateways available at checkout.
  • Sansa Couture House does not directly store customers' complete card or banking credentials.
  • In the event of an obvious pricing, technical or system error, we reserve the right to correct the error or cancel the affected order.
  • Where payment has already been successfully collected for an order cancelled by us, the applicable amount will be refunded.

4. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Please review this section carefully before placing your order.

No Return or Exchange for Change of Mind or Size

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, colour preference, or size-related concerns.
  • Customers are requested to carefully review the product description and size chart before placing an order.
  • Certain products may be specifically marked as Final Sale, Non-Returnable or Non-Exchangeable on the product page.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or different from the product ordered, you must contact Sansa Couture House within 24 hours of delivery.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

An uninterrupted unboxing video is required when submitting a claim relating to a damaged, defective or incorrect product.

The video should:

  • Begin before the package is opened.
  • Clearly show the package in its received/sealed condition.
  • Show the complete opening of the package without interruption.
  • Clearly show the garment/product received.
  • Clearly show the damage, defect or incorrect product being claimed.

Claims should be submitted within 24 hours of delivery, together with the unboxing video and supporting photographs where appropriate. Claims that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for exchange, subject to applicable consumer law.

Original Tags Are Mandatory

For an exchange to be considered:

  • All original product tags must remain attached.
  • Tags must not be removed, detached, altered or damaged.
  • The garment must be unused, unworn, unwashed and unaltered.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition.
  • Original packaging and accessories supplied with the product should also be retained and returned where applicable.

Products where the original tags have been removed or the garment has been used, washed or altered will not ordinarily be accepted for exchange.

Approved Exchanges

Once an eligible claim has been reviewed and approved:

  • We will endeavour to provide an exchange for the same product/design, subject to availability.
  • If the same product is unavailable, an appropriate alternative resolution will be offered in accordance with our policy and applicable law.
  • Approval of an exchange is subject to verification of the returned product.

Products Not Eligible for Regular Return/Exchange

Unless otherwise required under applicable law, regular returns or exchanges are not available for:

  • Change of mind
  • Size-related concerns
  • Colour preference or perceived colour variation
  • Accessories
  • Fancy items specifically designated as non-returnable
  • Customised or altered garments
  • Made-to-measure garments
  • Products specifically marked Final Sale or Non-Exchangeable
  • Sale/promotional products where the applicable restriction is disclosed at the time of purchase
  • International orders, except where otherwise stated or required under applicable law

Nothing in this policy is intended to restrict any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable Indian law.

5. Colour, Appearance & Product Disclaimer

We make reasonable efforts to photograph and display our products as accurately as possible. However, Sansa Couture House cannot guarantee an exact colour match between the product displayed on your screen and the physical garment received.

Product colours may vary because of:

  • Photography and studio lighting
  • Natural lighting conditions
  • Screen resolution
  • Mobile, tablet or computer display settings
  • Device-specific colour reproduction
  • Image processing and photography conditions

Minor variations in colour, embroidery, print placement, texture, weave, embellishments or handcrafted detailing may also occur between individual pieces.

Such reasonable variations are inherent in fashion products, particularly handcrafted or embellished garments, and will not ordinarily be considered manufacturing defects.

Customers are therefore requested to consider possible colour and appearance variations before placing an order.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across India and may offer international shipping to selected destinations.
  • Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and may vary depending on destination, product availability, courier operations, public holidays, weather conditions and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
  • Tracking information will be provided where available after dispatch.
  • Courier-related delays may occasionally occur and may be outside our direct control.
  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, PIN code, telephone number and other required information.
  • Sansa Couture House will not be responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer, subject to applicable law.
  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country, where applicable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content appearing on the Sansa Couture House website, including but not limited to:

  • Brand names
  • Logos
  • Product photographs
  • Videos
  • Graphics
  • Product descriptions
  • Website content
  • Original designs and creative materials

is owned by or licensed to Sansa Couture House / Navastra by SM, as applicable.

Such material may not be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, modified or commercially exploited without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

8. Fraud Prevention & Customer Safety

Customers should place online orders only through the official Sansa Couture House website and authorised channels.

Please exercise caution if an individual or social-media account claiming to represent Sansa Couture House:

  • Requests payment to an unauthorised personal account;
  • Provides unofficial payment details;
  • Contacts you from an unverified or suspicious account; or
  • Responds to our social-media posts claiming to sell Sansa products independently.

If you receive a suspicious message, comment, payment request or communication claiming to represent Sansa Couture House, please contact us through our official customer-support channels before making any payment.

To the extent permitted by law, Sansa Couture House cannot accept responsibility for payments voluntarily made to unauthorised third parties impersonating our brand.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sansa Couture House / Navastra by SM shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, limit or restrict liability or consumer rights where such exclusion or restriction is prohibited under applicable law.
