Returns are accepted for an exchange only if an item is defective or damaged and must be reported within 24 hours of receipt with supporting evidence of the unboxing video.
When eligible, we will send a replacement of the same design (if available). If unavailable, we will issue a credit note equal to the invoice value, valid for 30 days.
